Construction Supervisor

Role Overview

The Construction Supervisor partners closely with Project Managers to provide hands-on oversight across all phases of construction and renovation projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to RDG quality standards.

You will coordinate workers, materials, and equipment; track productivity and job costs; and ensure construction activities align with project schedules and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction and remodeling activities
• Coordinate workers, materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure work is performed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Review job cost reports, productivity metrics, and progress updates
• Implement RDG tracking systems and construction best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced personnel
• Lead by example with accountability, professionalism, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction operations, cost control, scheduling, safety, and equipment management
• Experience supervising construction or renovation projects
• Familiarity with construction materials sourcing and vendor coordination
• Exposure to project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
• Must be able to be paid electronically

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2–5 years of relevant construction or renovation experience
